Day 15 Trebarwith to Crackington Haven

Still misty though a little lighter than the fog of yesterday lol. We decided to set off inland until the mist burned off ... Sort of daffodils in the mist..

It was pleasant walking along the footpaths and lanes of rural Cornwall and then heading back toward the coast down into the aptly named Stoney Valley

Where we picked up the Coastal path

and unlike yesterday we were able to enjoy those cliff top views

and lunch at the quaint village of Boscastle

The Coastal path was its beautiful and rugged self with lots of steep ups and downs so when the fog started to roll in again we headed inland for rolling rather than rugged ups and downs! When we arrived at the B&B we were greeted by the rampaging peacocks ( and peahens) who made us feel most welcome in their glorious garden.

The pub was down the hill and so we wandered down for tea after our most welcome and needed shower and then trudged slowly back up the hill to sleep off the days exercise.
